Can Someone Help Me Understand The Hate That Joe Buck Gets?

There’s Nickelback, there’s country music, and there’s Joe Buck. What do these three things have in common? They all seem to get an absurd amount of hatred and mockery for reasons unbeknownst to me.
Joe Buck has been commentating for decades, and has risen to the level of talent to only calling major games for Fox Sports whether it be a big matchup on Sunday Night Football, major golf tournaments, all the way to the World Series. And yet, people all across the high speed loony bar that is the internet seem to hate everything about or related to Joe Buck.
As someone who pays as close attention to the world of sports commentary as I do, I just don’t understand it. Some people say he’s only where he’s at now because of his father, Jack. That, to me, is an easy cop out, the “only because of your dad” excuse.
If you put that aside, Joe Buck is well versed in every sport he covers, he simplifies plays or statistics that, to the layman, may be otherwise complex, and he works well with any color commentator who sits next to him (something that if not done well is extremely noticeable and awkward). All of those things are ingredients for a good sports broadcaster, so if I’m missing something, please tell me.
No commentator is perfect, and every commentator makes mistakes, but to hate a person as much as a shocking amount of people hate Joe Buck without any real cause behind it is just perplexing to me.
Joe Buck is a very talented and highly regarded sportscaster in my book, and I struggle to see anything that would convince me otherwise.
